This unique tea is a traditional fermented tea from Yunnan province, China, made by “wet piling” process.  Its history dates back to several thousand years.

Ripe Pu-erh is renowned for its beneficial bacteria and probiotics.

The flavour is earthy & woody, with slight sweet undertone.

Ingredients: 3 year aged Organic Ripe Puerh from Yunnan Province, China

How to Brew: Best brewed with water between 80-90ºC. Steep 1 tsp per 150 mL water for 2 mins.  Best served without milk.  The leaves can be brewed 2-3 times.
