Longjing, also named Dragonwell tea, is one of the most revered green teas in China. Its production is very labour intensive and makes it one of China’s highly prized green tea.
Longjing’s flavour is mellow and distinctly vegetal, with notes of bamboo and chestnuts and a slightly sweet aftertaste. Due to its low astringency, it is a beautifully delicate and mellow tasting green tea.
Due its intricate processing, LongJing is high in anti-oxidants and is a healthy addition to your daily routine.

How to Brew: This green tea is best brewed with 80-90ºC water. Steep 1 tsp per 200 mL water for 2-3 mins.
Best served without milk.
