This premium Japanese green tea from Kagoshima Prefecture is made by steaming the leaves and leaving them to dry without oxidation.
It is one of the most widely drunk teas in Japan and contains a moderate amount of caffeine.
The taste is complex with notes of marine, herbal, vegetal (spinach), with a cleansing finish.

How to Brew: This green tea is best brewed with 80ºC water. Steep 1 tsp per 150 mL water for 2-3 mins.
Best served without milk.
