Ingredients: ACO Certified Organic Kenyan CTC black tea and ACO Certified Organic Rwandan CTC.
(CTC refers to the method of processing the tea and means “Crush, Tear, Curl”, which creates a small leaf tea.
How to Brew: As this is a black tea, it is best brewed with 100ºC water. Steep 1 tsp per 150 mL water for 1-2 mins.
This is a strong tea and brews fast. Best to not over-steep.
