Legend has it that the second Earl Grey met and fell in love with a beautiful French Debutante while in France. As a token of her love for him, she gave him a gift of black tea with lavender and rose petals from her garden. Upon his return to Britain, the Earl brewed this tea daily in memory of his first love.
This blend is a reincarnation of this young love, balancing a full-bodied Earl Grey tea with lovely floral notes of lavender and rose.

Ingredients: ACO Certified Organic: Ceylon OP tea, lavender flowers, rose petals and bergamot oil.
Please note, this is a large-leaf black tea.
How to brew: As this is a black tea, it is best brewed at 100ºC. Steep 1 tsp tea per 150 mL water for 3-5 minutes.
