Ingredients: ACO Certified Organic: hibiscus, peppermint and spray-free strawberry gum leaves.
How to brew: As this is a herbal blend, it is best brewed at 100Cº. Steep 1/2 – 1 tsp tea per 150 mL water for 3-5 minutes.
To make a cold brew: Add 10g (or 4 tsp.) of dry tea leaves to 1L water and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours. Then remove and compost/discard the wet leaves. Refrigerate and store the infusion in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
Serve on ice or add carbonated water and a sweetening syrup for a sparkling soda. Also, it makes a great base for our award-winning mojito! Just add a splash of white rum and a sprig of fresh mint for am amazing cocktail!
