To make a cold brew, add 8 tsp. of dry tea to 2L water and place in the fridge overnight or at least 8 hours. Remove tea and store in a sealed container. Serve with ice or add soda water and agave syrup for a sparkling version or a splash of rum and fresh mint for a Hibiscus Mojito.
